AI Lead Scoring: Know Which Lead to Call First
Forty leads arrived overnight. Your agents can properly work perhaps fifteen before lunch. Which fifteen?
Answer that question wrong and your best prospects go cold while agents chase wrong numbers. LeadNudge answers it automatically: every lead is scored from 0 to 80 the moment it arrives, and the queue sorts itself.
How the Score Works: 70% Deterministic, 30% AI
Pure black-box AI scoring has a trust problem. When a salesperson cannot see why a lead scored 62, they stop believing the number and go back to gut feel. Pure rule-based scoring has the opposite problem: it never gets smarter.
LeadNudge splits the difference deliberately.
70% of the score is deterministic. Five observable factors, weighted and transparent:
- Source: where the lead came from, campaign and channel included
- Stage: how far it has progressed in the pipeline
- Freshness: how recently it arrived or was touched (leads decay, and the score reflects it)
- Contact completeness: whether you have working phone, email, and the details needed to reach them
- Deal value: what the lead is worth if it closes
This portion behaves predictably. An agent can look at a score and understand it, which means they act on it.
30% of the score is AI. This part looks at patterns the rules cannot encode: signals in the lead's form answers and profile that correlate with conversion. Critically, it learns from your outcomes. When leads convert in your pipeline, the model studies what they had in common and adjusts. A brokerage's converting lead looks nothing like a consultancy's, and the scoring reflects that, per business, over time.
The result is a 0 to 80 score that is stable enough to trust and adaptive enough to improve.

Scored the Moment They Arrive
Scoring only matters if it happens before the first call, not after. Because LeadNudge captures leads in real time (Meta page-level webhook, website JS snippet), the score is attached before an agent ever opens the record. Automatic enrichment adds company and contact context on ingest, which feeds contact completeness and gives the AI more to work with.

What the Score Drives
A score that just sits in a column is decoration. In LeadNudge it drives three things.

Prioritization. Agents work from a queue ordered by score, not by arrival time. The 74 gets called before the 31, every time, without a manager triaging the morning's list.
Assignment. Combined with round-robin and campaign-based routing, scores help teams put weight where it pays: high-value leads get attention first, and SLA alerts (8-hour default window) make sure no scored lead sits uncontacted past the threshold.
First contact. LeadNudge drafts a first-contact message from the lead's actual form data, so acting on a high score takes seconds. For Gulf teams closing over WhatsApp, this pairs with our WhatsApp CRM add-on: high-score lead, ready draft, one tap to send.

Scoring Feeds the Ad Loop Too
Here is the compounding part. LeadNudge sends pipeline qualification events back to Meta's Conversions API and Google Ads offline conversions (see conversion signals). Better scoring means your team qualifies genuinely strong leads faster, which means the events flowing back to the ad platforms are cleaner, which means Meta and Google optimize toward better prospects, which raises the average quality of tomorrow's leads.
Scoring, in other words, is not just a triage tool. It is the quality filter for the signal loop that trains your ad spend.
No Setup, No Tuning Committee
Lead scoring projects in traditional CRMs die in configuration: workshops to agree on point values, spreadsheets of rules, quarterly recalibration nobody does. LeadNudge scoring works out of the box on day one with the deterministic factors, and the AI layer sharpens as your conversion history accumulates. Nothing to configure, nothing extra to pay: it is included on every account at AED 499 per month for 5 users.
