By accessing or using LeadNudge ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
LeadNudge is a SaaS CRM platform that enables businesses to capture, manage, and nurture leads from Meta Lead Ads and other sources. The platform is provided on a subscription basis to business tenants.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with:
As a tenant on the Platform, you are the data controller for all lead data you collect and process. LeadNudge acts as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis for collecting and processing personal data, and for complying with applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
If you connect the Platform to Meta Lead Ads, you agree to comply with Meta's Platform Terms, including restrictions on how lead data obtained from Meta may be used. You may only use Meta-sourced lead data in ways that are consistent with the consent given by the individual at the time of form submission.
The Platform is available on a flat-fee monthly subscription. Pricing is communicated at the time of onboarding. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
LeadNudge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violation of these Terms or for non-payment. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
