How to Request Deletion of Your Data

If you submitted your information through a Meta Lead Ad or any other form connected to a business using LeadNudge, you can request that your personal data be deleted from our platform.

What We Will Delete

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Any custom fields captured from your lead form submission
• Attribution data (ad name, campaign, UTM parameters)
• Activity history and notes associated with your lead record

How to Submit a Request

Send an email to the address below with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your full name
• The email address or phone number you submitted on the form
• The name of the business whose ad or form you submitted through (if known)

Timeline

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been removed.

Facebook / Meta Data

If you connected with a business through a Meta Lead Ad, you can also manage your data directly through Facebook. Visit Facebook Ad Settings to manage your ad preferences and data.
