Bitrix24 is one of the most widely deployed business platforms in the UAE, and the reason teams look for an alternative is rarely that it lacks features. It is the opposite problem. Bitrix24 bundles CRM, tasks, telephony, document storage, a website builder, HR tools and video calls into one subscription, and a business that wanted a CRM ends up administering a platform. This post is a shortlist of what UAE teams actually move to, what each one is for, and the two questions worth asking before you move at all.

First, decide which Bitrix24 you are replacing

Teams use Bitrix24 in one of three ways, and the right alternative is completely different in each case.

  • As a work suite. Tasks, chat, drive, intranet, with CRM as a side feature. Replacing this means Zoho One, Odoo, or Microsoft 365 plus something else.
  • As a general CRM. Contacts, deals, a pipeline, some automation. Replacing this means Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
  • As a lead machine. Ads run, leads arrive, agents chase them, and the CRM exists to stop leads going cold. Replacing this means a focused lead CRM, and the suite features were never the point.

Businesses that skip this step migrate to another suite, use 10% of it again, and repeat the exercise in two years.

The shortlist

Zoho CRM, or Zoho One

The closest like-for-like in the UAE, and the one with the deepest local partner network. Zoho CRM runs from USD 14 per user per month on Standard up to USD 52 on Ultimate, billed annually, and Zoho One bundles more than forty applications if you are replacing the whole suite.

What to watch: the tier that carries the automation, AI scoring and territory management you probably described in your requirements is Enterprise at USD 40 per user per month, which is roughly AED 735 a month for five users. Compare the tier you need, not the tier on the billboard. The detailed head to head is on the Zoho comparison page.

Odoo

Popular in the UAE for the same reason Bitrix24 is: one system, many modules, open source underneath. If your reason for leaving Bitrix24 is that you want the suite done properly rather than that you want out of suites, Odoo is the strongest candidate, particularly where accounting, VAT and inventory are in scope.

What to watch: the licence is the cheapest on this list at roughly AED 206 a month for five users on Standard, and the implementation is not. UAE Odoo rollouts usually involve a partner engagement. Budget for the project, not the subscription. More on that trade in the Odoo comparison.

HubSpot

The best free CRM available, and the best interface in the category. For a UAE company building an inbound content engine with a real marketing team, it is the platform to standardise on.

What to watch: the free tier stops where the work starts. Rotation, sequences and SLA workflows live on Sales Hub Professional at USD 90 per seat per month plus a one-time USD 1,500 onboarding fee, which is about AED 1,650 a month and AED 5,500 up front for five seats. Detail on the HubSpot comparison.

Kommo

If the part of Bitrix24 you relied on was messaging, Kommo is the messenger-first CRM: WhatsApp and Instagram conversations organised into pipelines, with bots on the higher tiers. Strong for businesses that live on inbound chat. Compared in full on the Kommo page.

LeadNudge

The focused option, and worth considering only if your answer to the first question was "as a lead machine". Meta and Google leads are captured natively in real time, scored from 0 to 80 against your own closed deals, assigned automatically with an SLA clock, and reported as cost per lead by campaign in AED. AED 499 per month including 5 users, plus AED 99 per additional user per month, with nothing gated by tier.

The part no suite does: when a lead reaches a qualifying stage, a conversion event fires back to Meta and Google, so the ad platforms optimise toward the leads that became customers. The direct comparison is on the Bitrix24 page.

The Teamleader question

teamleader versus bitrix24 is a comparison UAE teams search often, so it is worth answering directly. Teamleader is the narrower, tidier product: CRM, quotations, project tracking and time billing, built for agencies and professional services, mainly in European markets. Bitrix24 is broader, cheaper per feature, and messier.

If you are choosing between them, the honest framing is that Teamleader is a better quoting and project tool and Bitrix24 is a better collaboration platform. Neither was designed around paid lead capture, so if your pipeline is fed by ad spend, both will leave the same gap: leads arriving somewhere other than the system, and no signal going back to the ad account.

Two questions to ask before you migrate at all

Where is your data, and does it matter to your buyers? Bitrix24 hosts .AE instances, along with its other European domains, in Amazon Web Services data centres in Frankfurt, Germany. US domains sit in Virginia. Region moves can be requested, and an on-premise edition exists. For a marketing agency this is a non-issue. For a business selling into government, banking or healthcare in the GCC, procurement will ask, and having the answer ready is worth more than the migration.

What breaks the moment you switch? List the integrations actually in use, not the ones configured once. Telephony, accounting exports, the website form, the WhatsApp number. A CRM migration that forgets the phone system is a bad month for everyone.

The realistic answer for a UAE team buying leads

If ads feed your pipeline, replacing one general-purpose suite with another general-purpose suite solves the interface complaint and leaves the actual problem untouched: leads still arrive late, nobody owns the first response, and Meta still has no idea which leads turned into revenue.

Start by measuring two things this week. How many minutes pass between a lead submitting a form and a human contacting them, and what your cost per qualified lead is by campaign. If you cannot answer both from your current system, the shortlist above matters less than the category you pick from. The case for the focused category is laid out on the lead management software page, and if you are a brokerage specifically, on the real estate CRM Dubai page.
